It looks like you're using a height of 46 feet and a coefficient of 1.22. This is the
correct answer to the problem, not that its particularly relevent to how for Boobie could transmit. However, its the Radio line of sight, not the Visual. Distance to the visual horizon uses a coeficient of 1.17.
