So how would a policeman be in a position to physically threaten a convicted
criminal? Once they are convicted they should be either incarcerated, or
their conviction should be spent.

I don't see how a serving policeman could legally threaten physical violance
on anybody???

Would you have beaten this woman if she had offered you enough money?
