You just admitted to operating your vessel under the influence of alcohol. That's no joke, Mooron. Get some help or sell your boat. Or both. Uh Oh, Bob! That is one hell of a lame arguement! ..... No, but I knew the comment "obvious trolls" would land me some small fish. Welcome aboard, Wally. Hindsight is 20-20, eh? Bob has an extremely large hind. Oh deer oh deer... Sir Vid aye! "Kelton Joyner" wrote "Dear Capt. Mooron" with this lament: Dear Capt. Mooron | My depth sounder only reads to 500'. At 1.5 miles offshore I'm in over | 500' of water depth. How can I chart the bottom contours? signed: Over My Head Dear Over My Head, This is a common problem for coastal sounders used in deep water. I suggest you upgrade to a larger more powerful professional grade unit. A Simrad EK60 with a 12KHz transducer would do it nicely. Somehow I think there'd be a small problem fitting one to the average yacht. Peter Wiley |

Not even close. Based on everything produced to this point, ther is no evidnece
at all that you made a trip to the Thimble Islands. So then why comment on the trip??? DUhhhhhh! What an incredible idiot you are!!! Busted from both sides!! Bwahahaha! RB |

It would have been a milk run.
We had no problems. What's your point? RB |

Bob!!!.... it's even worse! I won't hoist sail till I open my first beer!
Sorry. drinking and operating a vessel is dangerous. I'm afraid my respect for Mooron is akin to that for DWI drivers. It's not a joke. RB |

Or both. Uh Oh, Bob! That is one hell of a lame arguement! ..... AND you know it!!!! Drinking and operating a boat is not something "lame" just because a number of people do it. It's unsafe and bad seamanship. I don't care what Mooron knows about topographical current effects. If he's drunk and sailing, he's a hazard. And I'm not joking about this one. RB |
