Default Paper charts are for Wannabees

Mine don't spin with the handle in -unless I'm grinding of course...

You DO have to lock them down....I don't put the winch handle in the winch until I absolutely need to just for that reason...that handle spinning around could out some teeth if someone were to get too close....

I misspoke....mine spun when we had the old one-speeds on the 27 but it =
doesn't now that we have the 2 speed self-tailers....I just got into the =
habit of not slapping the handle in until absolutely necessary....
