Default Greater lift for aircraft

amount of lift, seeing as the lower part of the wheel is going in the
direction of the air.

nope, he's right,

It's the greater speed of the upper part of the wheel that would increase
it but it's insignificant in any case.

the amount of theoretical lift generated is negligible, whereas the
drag generated from extended gear is not
