Well, now...I've changed to att.net and guess what just started up again? I can't reply to crossposted messages unless i delete
every address except for our own here at asa. This time the error message is clear that my ng server will not allow me to post to the other groups. I am certainly not about to subscribe to alt.vampitre.aviators.perversion so I guess I'm stuck just erasing them...I put most of those posters in kf anyway (Bertie keeps eluding me, though, by playing tricky wabbit games). Does anyone else with CIS.DFN.DE have this problem? Katy, this is something quite new, only happened in the last couple of weeks, so i think the vampires have achieved their end by getting the germans to respond limiting crossposting. The last crossposted post I put up, the U of Berlin would allow two addresses on it, but no more. Perhaps they got upset by our treatment of the flonkers? seems odd that the crackdown on crossposts should have coincided with the Bunyip control methods. FYI, as a kind soul who never killfiles anyone, I just have the vampire noisemakers marked "as read". If there's any sign of intelligence or wit surfacing from them I can always go back and read how such a remarkable situation came to be. -- Flying Tadpole ------------------------- Learn what lies below the waves of cyberspace! http://www.internetopera.netfirms.com |

I've gotten that ''line three is too long'' error message before, and didn't
know what it meant. I simply cut and pasted my message to a new post and it went through. My suggestion is filter out as much as you can, so you don't even have to see it. Then, just don't respond to the rest that sneaks through. Eventually, they'll get bored and go away, pretty much. : There's a revealing little post Jerry. Have you come out to do a little dance for us again? snort! Mrs Bunyip got a new terrier yesterday. It's kinda cute the way it chases little things around the carpet pretending they're rats. Don't know what just made me think of that all of the sudden.. : Jerry he is implying you are a complete loser. We know that's not true because you made us laugh at you! snort! Yeah, this little terrier barks at the little stuffed animal she is chewing. Sometimes she shakes it. Bertie Cheers MC JL Grasso wrote: On Fri, 1 Aug 2003 21:11:36 -0700, "Jonathan Ganz" wrote in alt.sailing.asa: That's ok. You're a regular asshole. Yep. Once a day, usually. I can't reply to crossposted messages unless i delete every address except for our own here at asa. Well, no it isn't actually. You fjuckwads could always apologise, admit you were assholes and that you are, in every way, inferior to me and I'd be gone in a second. Of course, you'd have to mean it. "Flying Tadpole" wrote in message ... I realise that now, bertie. It was just my generosity of spirit, my romanticism and my wishful thinking causing me to misunderstand, not to mention your advance publicity. But then, the difference between a promise and a curse is slight, after all, don't you think? I've heard that he was quite good ....... *once*. I heard it twice. I wonder who could have said it?
