A new car!
The
Vette keeps up with or blows away most of the worlds exotics that cost 4 - 10 times as much. Except for the Mitsubishi and Subaru which cost half as much and have 4 wheel drive! RB |
A new car!
The McLaren is the most
highly desired "sports car" in the world right now. The McLaren is a semi-custom car that is barely a "production" car. I've sat in ONE...the only that I saw in a Long Island showroom, and it wasn't even street legal at the time. While I like the seating setup, it's not what I'd call a real-world car. RB |

Bloody hell Loco you really do know nothing about cars!
The only Corvette that ever handled is the Z06 and I haven't seen any head to heads against the top Euro cars but I suspect it would not hold its own. So what you are saying is that the Z06 couldn't perform in the same ballpark with the latest from Europe when it comes to skidpad performance, acceleration, braking and slolom? Ummm.....bwahahahahahahahaha! Lincoln LS Sport has NO feedback compared to
the BMW. Even an honest dealer will admit this! The LS Sport is already a forgotten car!.. Try to keep up Boobie. The 2003 LS has the ZF rack and pinion. Reviews have stated the opposite of what you posted. You keep driving the dorkmobile. It fits your lifestyle. S/V Express 30 "Ringmaster" Trains are a winter sport |

Doesn't matter what you think. I posted that it was the most desired high performance sports car in the world right now in response to the poster who asked "where are the American sports cars" Over the course of automotive history the latest at the time high performance cars would probably not be considered "real world" cars to someone like you. I guess back in the 60s the street version of the Ford GT40 wouldn't be a "real world" car to you. S/V Express 30 "Ringmaster" Trains are a winter sport |

I posted that it was the most desired high
performance sports car in the world right now in response to the poster who asked "where are the American sports cars" Bwahahaha! Face facts....The American sports car is mostly dead. Mazda RX-8 and 9 New Nissan Z Subaru WRX STI Mitsu Evo Acura NSX And many more that just batter our Mustang and Vettes. Thrown the Audi's, BMWs and such and it's a slaughter. There isn't an American car worth owning these days...or 10 years ago for that matter! RB |

The 2003 LS has the ZF rack and pinion. Reviews have
stated the opposite of what you posted. The LS is a joke, for those who won't pay for the better BMW or Audi. I'll never understand why the American market continues to allow the rest of the world build better cars on the whole. RB |

Z06 couldn't perform in the same ballpark
with the latest from Europe when it comes to skidpad performance, acceleration, braking and slolom? On a track the vette does great. So does a fixed rear axle Mustang for that matter. My Unlce's Vette was a disaster on anything even slightly uneven, especially compared to an RX-8 or NSX. There's no substitute for the finess of a proper suspension. The Vette is a beast to this day...or a pig if you will. I've driven a late model edition. RB |

There isn't an American car worth owning these
days...or 10 years ago for that matter! Well I guess if you want to drive something that sounds like a lawn trimmer or a leaf blower that's fine. Go for it. S/V Express 30 "Ringmaster" Trains are a winter sport |

Isn't the Lincoln a Jag in drag?
No, sadly, these days its the other way around. |
