com-pac 19, keel, sloop.

how to know mast is rigged correctly? appears to be vertical to hull in
both fore/aft and side-to-side. but i think i remember some discussion on
pre-tension and warping the mast somewhat, but have forgotten what i read.

any suggestions will be appreciated.
