This past weekend- up in the NW corner of Wisconsin. It was about an 11 hr. drive from my house. and stayed with some friends just outside of Siren.. (yes, that is a town) and did some fishing on a private lake. We caught some decent walleye, and I got a couple Northern Pike. This is the first time I've been fishing with spoon lures. The pike can give you a good fight but we eventually won.



It was a blast being out in a canoe on that calm clear water at 6am.



Got home way tired. Will I do it again? probably not, but then again...
