And for the semi-literates here, "mad" is being used as a synonym for
insane, not for angry.


Sounds more like all members of Congress. If they are there and the R's
are insane, therefore the D's are also, according to Harry Reasoning.



If memory serves, you are a fan of crazy congresscritters...who was that
lunatic you admired from, was it Georgia? Zell Miller, the Democratic
turncoat? He sounded like the godfather of all the GOP crazies in Congress.
