Seeing how John and Scotty like to put everyone in narrow categories,
does this mean that all Christians think this way, or just Baptists??

I think many white Southern Baptists are in a very special, closed
minded, everyone who doesn't believe in the bible as we do is the enemy
kind of world. I've seen it first hand. I actually was present when a
Southern Baptist pastor told a group of people that Jesus changed water
into grape juice, not into wine. I couldn't help it, I burst out laughing.

As a teenager I visited a Chinese church in Boston. I don't recall the
denomination, but in the hierarchy of Christian churches it was in the
"high" category, meaning the structure of the services were very similar
to a Roman Catholic church service. They used grape juice for Holy
Communion.
Which, of course, has nothing to do with the claim that Jesus changed
water into grape juice.
