Rape or incest, which is what John specifically referenced. If after those specific scenarios the victim is thinking about keeping it, it would almost certainly be because she is against abortion to begin with.

And, I wouldn't consider 20 weeks an 'instant decision'.

As we have seen recently, most doctrinaire righties don't give a damn
about women, womens' rights, or even children, and the only reason they
give a damn about fetuses is because pregnancy and and full term births
are ways to try to control women.
