describing is not available to the general public. You need to get into the
"Boat Wizard", broker-only end of the site.

You are correct, a lot of the Boat Wizard information is unreliable. Many
brokers post higher than realized prices for every boat they sell, and
some have been known to use that phony report as a listing tool. "Don't list
with XYZ!
Look at this sold boat report! They let the buyers dicker down 15-20% all the
time.
Look at our numbers, we're always getting list price or very close to it." (
Yeah, right).
