Dem congressman want to hold secret meetings with their supporters and
exclude the rest of their constituents. In Florida, this is illegal.
I wonder if such meetings of FL congressmen outside FL on civil
matters are subject to FL law, I doubt it.

It is difficult to pass money back and forth in an open meeting.
