Default Dogs shouldn't sail

Wife insisted taking our 1 yr old Golden Retriever sailing today

adjust for a "soft" jibe instead of a hard one because of him.
A little choppy, maybe 3' seas, maybe 12 kt wind, a nice day for
sailing. *Dog never looked ill but immediately after jibe, BARF, BARF,
all over the cockpit. *Never taking the dang dog again.

Seeing it's a Retriever, I've surprised it didn't' want to jump
overboard and swim along side.
