Does anyone have a good list of galley equipment for a cruising boat?
Knives, pans and so on... I am looking to get everything in order now
instead of later. I have found a few simple lists on the net but
nothing good, one did have a fish scaler, I would have forgot that....

How much storage do you have?

Do you mind storing cooking equipment with oil filters and holding
tank chemicals?

Would you displace booze storage with pots and pans?

Are you crusing inshore where the water, usually, won't slop out of
the pot or offshore where the water ALWAYS slops out of the pot, so we
eat sandwiches?

I'd think a galley equipment list might be different for different
cruising situations, eh?
