All the VH restaurants are BYOB, AFAIK. Black Dog certainly.

The inner harbor moorings fill up fast in VH. If you can't get one,
you are mooring outside the breakwater. This is untenable in a north
east blow, so choose your weather.

With a fast boat, you could peak in at mid morning, and if no mooring
inside, go somewhere else.

You can reserve moorings in Edgartown (at least could last year).
