nice.

long
time ago when I was there.

It's the river between Weesp and Abcoude, at Abcoude you have fife
minutes
to sail through the railroad bridge, it opens only once a day around 13h.
We
were to late when we arrived, so we spend the night ad the bridge, no
problem as it was very close to the village.

See link and picture;-)

Thanks Bouler for the link, lots of pictures there. I didn't new they made a
underground passage for the train.

On the picture you can see the old bridge. The bridge have a strange way to
open, it shrewd upwards to give you a clearance of only 2.70 meters (9
feet)
so you have to take down radio antennas and so on to pas under it, anyway
you could not get there if you didn't do it before, as there was a fixit
bridge with a clearance of only 2.20m (7 feet) at the beginning of the
river, but it was
word the hassle.
