87.2.
You need to earn over twice as much as Joe just to eat as well as he
does.


Most of that index relates to property values. Even in this market
houses in our area continue to rise, up 3% in Kent Cliffs. In NY
property is prices insanely, but I'm glad we own over 14 acres here.
