I was teaching a nice couple (both wearing wedding rings) the other day and
as I usually do, I give them some handouts... things like a boat parts
drawing with labels on the various common parts, a wind diagram they can
fill in, basic rules of the road, etc.

Ok, so you know where this is headed possibly... I hand the guy two packets
and I say, "Here's one for you and one for your wife." The woman overhears
me, walks up, and says quite indignantly, "I'm not his wife. I'm his
girlfriend! His wife is a b*tch."

I almost started to laugh but restrained myself, and he turned pale to the
point where I thought he was going to pass out.
