Make sure your trim is set right.
Also, I assume you have an aluminum prop. Get a good SS prop (a 4 blade
would be great on your application). It will give you more bite in the
turns, hole shot, and probably better top end as it will provide for more
bow lift.

When I running my Pro-line 19 with a Merc 125 outboard pretty much wide
open and go into a hard turn, I get what seem like prop cavitations. If I
back off the throttle a little it goes away.
Not normally a problem but when I'm towing a skier it is very aggravating.
Is there an easy fix for this other than slowing down?
