My 1998 19' Bayliner Bowrider weighs just about 2000 pounds, according to
the brochure.
I added a wakeboard tower and carry extra gear when on Coast Guard Auxiliary
Patrols. With a full tank of gas it weighs 3000 pounds.

A 2003 with base engine weighs 1956 pounds.

There's only so much you can do to a 17' boat, so it would be surprising
to
discover that there was an enormous difference from year to year.

Trying to figure out if your car, truck, etc, can tow it?

Be sure to add the weight of the trailer,
fuel, gear, options, etc etc etc.
