Well, since the text of the pledge uses the words "of the United States
of America" then I would assume they are pledging to the flag of the
United States of America.

I don't know of any other country that has such a pledge.

I'm not talking about "The Pledge of Allegiance", I'm talking
about to which flag, or country they pledge their allegiance too.
