Wasn't Consumer Reports involved in a little problem with selling

I've been taking CR for quite a while now, and I don't recall that. Any

Bert is mixed up with the story about one of the smaller SUV
manufacturers complaining when CR said their vehicle was tipsy if driven
too fast into curves.
