Sounds like your daughter is very fortunate to have a father like you.

The corollary is that in the
dominant part of the culture it's considered to be in bad taste, at best,
to
make much of one's wealth or the cost of his possessions.

The bobsprit show of possessions was sickening...to say the least.

As a Jew she needs
to be sensitive to that sensibility to avoid flaming the fires of
anti-semitism. BS apparently never got the memo on that subject.

I have friends in Israel. He sails and has a son in the IDF. He is ex-IDF
and is subject to being called up. He sent me an e-mail about all of this
Hezbollah war stuff before I heard it on FOX news many hours later.

I hope the US steps up to the plate and do more for Israel!
