Harry his isn't "a town", it is just a 5000 acre gated commuinity. If
people don't read the deed rerstrictions before they buy, they deserve

live in unincorporated Lee County, in an unrestricted community, but I
don't hold it against people who do want to live that way.
I don't see this as being any more oppressive than those golf
