It's not true by itself! In addition, the power supply frequency response
should be at least five times that of the audio chain. That's very difficult
with low voltage supplies. In fact, in a real audio system the power supply
costs twice as much as the audio chain.
Can your audio power supply go from 0 to 500 watts peak in 50 usec with no
overshoot, undershoot or ringing?
