Right...I see. The reason Massachusetts is among the highest mean IQ
states in the country is that the largely Democrat population is offset
by an infinitesimal, yet astronomically intelligent number of
Republicans.

Now, if you could just figure out a weighted average for voting, like
voting shares in a corporation, you could get Republicans to repeal all
those laws and circumstances that've made Massachusetts so successful
and turn it into model Republican state. That's just what we need,
Mississippi in the Northeast.
