Default boat thieves back in busiess insurance results

Sorry to here about your loss...............

having grown up in a house with a father who has been in the insurance
business for 40+ years [commercial, not personal] and listening to his
stories in dealing with customers, it amazes me how little attention people
pay to their insurance needs and policies

The best advice Dad ever gave me was to find a good "agent" company should
be secondary. Find someone you feel you can trust and then take the time to
sit down and discuss in depth what your needs are, and as Capt. stated CHECK
YOUR POLICY.

Also, don't jump companies every year just because premiums are a couple of
bucks cheaper. I have been with the same co. / agent for 25 years and it
has paid off the last 3. My 19 year old son had 4 accidents in 3 years. 2
his fault, 2 not. Thanks to our long relationship resulting in "guaranteed
renewal status" I have not had to worry about being canceled and sent
looking at non-standard [expensive] companies.

just my 2 cents
