I hope they not only force prop guards, but also insist you keep on board
all necessary equipment to clean up all bodily fluid spilt by a prop cut.

Quit posting this crap. Some idiot is going to sue outboard and stern
drive manufacturers and require prop guards on all props...which should
really screw up already poor fuel economy on boats.
