He had a hard time understanding that a recent post I made about the US
Coast Guard and their aging fleet of boat had anything to do with
boating....imagine that. ;-)

The man needs help. He recently admitted to being diagnosed as having a
mental disorder....we can only now hope he seeks help for it.
