Excelent, thanks all for the info. Hehe, good deal on
the 'um pete deal - I can relate. (like my F-150 that
once *was* new like this here boat).

So I got my new 2005 Bayliner 175 Capri tonight,
and actually dumped it in the lake tonight, (whew!)
So the question I have is - can I wax this thing with
regular car wax? (or even something for basecoat/clearcoat)
Olympic did a very nice job cleaning it up for me when
I picked it up, and I was pretty impressed with it all.
However it seems too clean - squeaky clean. So clean
that every little scuff leaves a mark. Seems like it needs
a wax job. So is this doable? How soon, and what kind
of wax ?
Thanks !
I use Maguires (sp?) auto wax. Same stuff I use on the truck and car.
