I live in thailand, in Phuket on the west coast. The last I heard
there were some boats chartering on Samui but I don't have an address.
Try google for Thailand+samui+charter and if you don't get a hit let
me know and I will ask the various charter companies here, Sunsail,
etc., if they have anything going on that coast.

There really isn't much to see on the east coast and Phuket and Phang
Nga Bay are far better cruising.
