I am looking for atleast a part number for
them or something simular or if they are something easy to get
somewhere
other then my local marine shop that wants $14ea for them and wont give
me a
part number

Those must be the units with the letter "U" cast into the head of the
plug. They come with written instructions:

"Best installed by inserting plug and screwing U".
