A google search of
marine exhaust slip in
turns up a number of candidates including rex marine which is where I got my
4" ones. They are pretty common.

Our exhauts pipe is 3" and does extend beyond the transom (is not
flush with it) so these sound (or don't sound) like just the thing for
us.
