I'm in the electronics business and I was musing while listenting to a talk
radio broadcast and John Kerrys flip floping was mentioned and I thought to
myself; "where have I heard that before" and it came to me. There is a
logic device called a JK flipflop that I studied many years ago when
introduced to digital electronics.
