It's a campaign stunt. I'm sure he thinks he can win it, but by supposedly
admitting his mistake, he thinks he'll come clean in the eyes of some of the
beholders.

But he's already, today, flip-flopped, and said that he COULD win the
war. So, first he could, then he couldn't now he can again.
