Who lives full time on boat?

wife just sold EVERYTHING and drove down to Florida and
bought a 32' sail boat and taking a year to "cruise"
They started planning three years back for this by
taking all kinds of classes, etc
I was pulled up at a marina in Georgetown, Maryland, once with a spun prop and
the couple I was tied up next to have been doing that for a year and was loving
every minute of it.
