I just returned from a trip into the Gulf Islands. Canada Customs at Bedwell
Harbor is via phone to Victoria. Takes about 5 minutes. US Customs in Friday
Harbor is in person at the office at the head of the dock. Took me about 20
minutes, with 1 person in front of me.
