When a boatload of beauties from South Beach in Miami cruised down to the
Keys for the weekend and passed Neal's econo-yacht, he stood up on the bow
and took a whiz in their direction. He didn't notice the Coast Guard
helicopter above looking for Cubans which radioed the cutter a couple of
miles away. Neal began to explain his superior yachtsmanship and tried to
intimidate them with a photocopy of his masters license and they hauled him
in along with the Cubans they had rounded up. He is now in the Krome
detention center awaiting deportment.
