Saddam destroyed his WMD's a long time ago. He eliminated the proof that
he had
destroyed them because he hoped to bluff the U.S. out of attacking by
pretending
that he still had them. DUH!
So if I rob a bank, then dispose of the money, then I go and TELL
everyone I robbed a bank, and end up in jail, then I'm better off?
