It's sad to think they'll not be there any longer. Someone's going to end
up with the little store. I think the citizens will still allow that tiny
bit of commerce to continue since it serves as the only source of staples
(just in case you're still in a punny mood that's food, not metal) on the
island.

I expect that little piece of land will fetch a very nice price since it
includes the only "public" dock on the island plus the potential of securing
the ferry contract.
