This was all over the news here. The yacht was being towed. They are
still arguing about whether the bridge dropped or just failed to open.
It was under tow.
The damage looked pretty superficial to me when they showed it after
the boat was clear. It took out a chunk of that overhang but they
missed all of those electronics on top. It may just be fiberglass
damage.

When and where did it occur?
You'd be amazed how fast damages add up when you're talking about
professional boat yard repairs made to "like new" quality. We had a
sailboat hit us last summer after his anchor dragged on a windy day,
putting some relatively minor scratches on our stbd side. It looks
like it's going to settle for something in the mid 4 figure range.
