whiz info
A friend has a wrist band Fit Bit. It works by arm swing. When golfing, I don't swing my arms while
walking...they're pushing the golf cart. This winter I put on 14 lbs because the golf courses were
closed so much and the dogs don't do well in the snow and ice. Any extra incentive will help.

Note this sentence, " It’s making me walk more and skip the elevator, so I think it’s a winner. I’d
pick the Striiv over the Fitbit any day."
