We're making good progress on the whitewater park on the Colorado near
Palisade. We're in the final stages of negotiating access and other
agreeements and completing construction design. We still need about $20,000
to match our lottery grant and pay Gary Lacy (Recreation Engineers) for the
design, and will know Dec 2 about our GOCO grant. Requests for construction
bids go out in January.

Our biggest challenge right now is raising the $20,000. If you can suggest
some funding sources please let me know.
