Dual Battery charging???????????????????????????????????

Hi all
I need to be able to charge 2 x 12v car (boat) batteries at the same time,
or at least be able to switch between the 2 so that they can both be charged
by the outboard One runs the lights and the other starts the
outboard...............any ideas????
