Have they finally solved the Gel Coat problem? Was this as they said a 'Bad Batch'? As this was back in the late 70's early 80's, is this still a concern, especially for any boat of that era offered for sale? Background. They had a bad batch of boats and these had to have the gel coat ground off :-(( and another re applied. I saw this being bone at Shepherds Wharf Boatyard at Cowes on the Isle of Wight.
