That sounds NICE.

Someone that I have spoken to recently has brought a 140ft German
Minesweeper into Shoreham to use as a houseboat and it's lovely - huge, and
built to withstand a mine going off on the diffusing deck apparently.

Be very interested to know which one it is please. Does it still have
