I'll be in northeatern Utah in May and would like to canoe/float/drift the
Green River. Can someone suggest a scenic, fast, flat-water reach of 20-25 miles that is doable in one day? I'd consider (a) something two of us can do in an open canoe, max of class II, (b) a guided/unguided canoe group, or (c)a commercial rubber-raft guided trip. Are there other options? Anything I'm missing? I will also need ferry service. TIA |

When you say Green River, scenic, flat water, and one day, I cannot
think of anything. I can think of several sections that meet three out of four requirements. :-( However, there may be some stretches of the Colorado near Moab that would work for you. http://www.redrivercanoe.com/coloradotrips.html Richard Norm Dion wrote: I'll be in northeatern Utah in May and would like to canoe/float/drift the Green River.
