I am outfitting several sea kayaks for the San Francisco Bay and ocean
coast. Any one know a good source for parts?

I think the authorities outlawed bungie cord back in the 70's in favor
of low stretch synthetic lines that didn't allow deck lashed stuff to
wash away. I could be wrong.
